Water damage restoration, they did a great job and worked very fast at helping my family to. Regain normalcy in our life after the devistating water damage.

We had a large water flood in our home and Master Clean was the right choice when it came to hiring a company to help us recover. They did and amazing job for us and saved us lots of money. When they were finished restoring our home from water damage they returned and cleaned our carpeting for free. Thanks a lot Master Clean

We woke up one morning and stepped out of bed only to place our feet on wet carpet. Upon further investigation we discovered our sump pump had failed and due to the previous day and nights heavy rain fall our basement had flooded. Master Clean was recommended to us by our insurance company because they had felt with them many times in the past and Master Clean had a solid reputation of being honest and fair. Shawne with Master Clean arrived at our house with a case dully of fascinating instruments that he used to determine the scope of the damage. He used infrared cameras to determine how high up our walls the moisture had travel, needle type pins to determine how wet everything was, and a probe to map out the moisture on the floor, the whole inspection was impressive. Shawne was thorough and accurate and made sure he didn't over look anything, which made us very confident that we were in the hands of a qualified professional. After completing the inspection Shawne's crew, Cody, Tim, and Jesse began working to remove the water, elevate our furniture to avoid it from getting any wetter, and moving our contents to avoid them from being damaged, all while Shawne descriptively explained the process and what to expect as far as recovering from this catastrophe. After the water was removed the crew began bringing in drying equipment that was gonna dry out all the wet material, they were very courteous and cautious of our belongings and of our home. Once the equipment was running Shawne took more moisture measurements and documented the entire process, he even took pictures for my insurance company! Shawne returned to our house the next day, and for four days after that, to monitor the progress of the drying process until it was back to normal. They even came back and cleaned our carpeting for free to complete the job! Big thanks to Master Clean and a special thanks to Shawne, without you guys we probably would have been another unhappy cutover of some other company!

Master Clean has been excellent to work with. I have used him personally and I sell Real Estate and Shawn has always been superbly responsive when I need a home cleaned. He has cleaned carpets, ducts, tile and mitigated water for me. I would highly recommend his services any time. It's great to work with someone who is on the ball and does great work.

With our pets, we have a problem with them urinating on our white carpets. Master Clean cleaned our carpets and removed all stains prior to our pets and the stains also left from our pets. Master Clean does a professional job and they're not afraid of going the extra step in making sure the job is done right. Very pleased with their work.

Perfect! We were so excited to have our carpets and furniture cleaned after living in our new construction home for 5 years. We have cleaned our carpets with a spot cleaner and rented a cleaner from the weekend only to be disappointed with outcome. Our carpets never looked like they did the day we moved into our home. We had some friends that used Master Clean a year ago and decided to give them a try. Shawne was easy to work with and made an appointment with us quickly. We had asked to also have our big sectional couch cleaned that we had purchased used. The outcome was beyond our expectation! The carpets looked the same way they did when we moved in and stains that I assumed were permanent were gone. I am so happy with outcome and I couldn't be happier!

Shawne was able to perform both services, air duct cleaning and carpet cleaning, both the same day, starting with duct cleaning and finishing with the carpets. He took extra precaution to make surge non of his hoses damaged the corners of my walls. He was very fast and very thorough. Shawne visually showed me the collection inside my duct work before and after and i couldn't believe the difference. With the Carpets, he completely exceeded my expectations. There were spots and stains i was nearly certain were not coming out, It was like my carpet had a second life.

Shawne is always very responsive when I call him for scheduling units, and units are always cleaned as scheduled. Master Clean does a thorough, professional job and I am always satisfied with the results. Shawne, after seeing a unit, can always tell me what to expect as far as price and required cleaning, if there is any additional cleaning, such as urine, gum or set in stains, and is always very up-front about the price and the time required. Invoices are turned in in a timely manner, and Shawne is friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about his products and expectations. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

He came in and looked at everything that I was asking to be done which was cleaning the livingroom carpet and a couch and chair. He told me up front that he didn't know how the furniture would turn out because it was so bad. I told him to go ahead and try. He cleaned everything in about 1 1/2 hours, when he was finished he told me that if the smell came back to call him and he would come back out and do another santizer on the furniture. Not sure on the date the home was built it was a rental.

He took four months & still job is not done. Would not let me have any receipt or even see them. He lied to us and he admitted that he did lie. Job should have taken no more than 3 weeks. He went on a hunting trip when he should have been fixing the home.
