I had a frozen pipe that they unthawed, I was told the heat tape needed redone as well but there was no problems. I was also told that my pump was burnt out and I would be called with an estimate with how much it would be and when they could get it ordered/when it would arrive. I waited 6.5 days with only a call from the receptionist after I called stating the price of just the pump (which I saved over $600 by buying one from Home Depot that they had in stock). I had left 3 messages for the plumber to call me on 3 separate days. I finally called after 6.5 days of having them out and told them that I found someone else and to not count on me ever to call them again.

It was very good and they were very professional.

The first appointment was scheduled for the 8-10 am time slot Monday 9/14. I called Long's at 1 pm asking if they were going to still come, they showed up at 2 pm Monday 9/14 and installed the attachment in the kitchen. The plumber then came back a few days later following the tile work being completed and installed a flexible gas line and pressure tested all connections on the existing gas lines to the furnace and water heater. The plumber was trustworthy and easy to talk to. When I was given the bill I was quite shocked to see $570 for a flex line and a little labor, maybe if pipe threading and more labor was involved it would have been reasonable.

This is our third and last plumber in Gillette! We've FINALLY found the right people.

I spent the entire weekend looking for someone to fix and they were all booked. I called longs for a water heater pricing and they were able to send someone over to repair the same day. Very pleased with the work.

I had only one plumbing call as of today and can't compare it. I would use them again in the future.
