Stay away you won't get your house cleaned but they will clean out your wallet.
Description of Work: Very poor work and very poor customer service. They don't care about cleaning to the the customers specifications and don't always finish the job. They do expect to get paid no matter what. They didn't clean the master bedroom and bathroom and told us they were losing money so we could go some were else this was after they raised the rate.

This particular job was not completed that is true, but that is because the home owner was actually asleep in the master bedroom. It is against company policy to come into a bedroom with someone asleep for privacy reasons. But the nanny did attempt. To wake the home owner with no avail. And we work very hard to do exactly what a customer wants. This customer created a list and we gave a price( which is the cheapest in town) and after the price was given he added additional services. Also I'd like to add that we cleaned for this customer for quite a while and then stopped due to some personal reasons( on the customers part) and we were apparently good enough to hire back after the problems were resolved. After being asleep while we were there the customer demands we return and unfortunately we were already busy pleasing a bunch of other customers!! Bottom line you can't find a better service for a better price in Gillette!! We did kindly recommend another company.

Very Professional. They were late, but called in advance to let me know they were running behind. Although they didn't get all of the soap off of the dishwasher, they did move the refridgerator and clean behind it and underneath it.
