Shauwn was very punctual ~~ he cleaned my dryer and furnace vents. There was no mess to clean up after he left, a very pleasant man....this is the second time I used Advanced Air Technologies and would recommend this company to every one !!! This company also cleans carpets, that will be on my " to do list" in the Spring.

It went very well, Shawn was very punctual....and very professional. He was very clean and didn't leave a mess for me to clean up. My dryer is working better now that it doesn't have to work so hard...it was taking 70 minutes to dry a load of towels, now it only takes around 40 minutes.

First of all Shawne was an absolute pleasure to get to know. He was very personable and understood the in's and out's of every part of my home. He explained to me his background in the construction industry and how it applies to his understanding of my air duct system, which reassured me he knew exactly what he was doing. Shawne was up front about pricing and was descriptive of what the service included, which was more than far, in fact it was much less than a few other estimates i had received. I learned of the benefits and advantages before, during, and after Advanced Air Technologies performed the services all as a direct result of Shawne's communication with my wife and I. I learned a lot through the experience and it was intriguing to say the least. Shawne also cleaned my dryer vent and it was immediate my wife saw tremendous results when it came to drying clothes. The equipment used to do both my air duct system and dryer vent was fascinating and I learned a lot of what to look for in a company if I ever moved away from Gillette, but as for my current residency I will always be a loyal customer to Advanced Air Technologies, and as for my family in Sheridan I have already recommended having this company be their first choice as well. It went great! My dryer works better than it ever did. I no longer have to dry my clothes two or three times and my dryer isn't to hot to touch anymore. Shawne also told me to check my electricity bill to see if it got any cheaper, i did and it was less! I compared it to the last three months and it was an average of $20 less, i feel confident that Advanced Air Tech dryer vent cleaning saved me money! Thanks

Advanced Air Technologies began by inspecting my duct work to see if it even needed cleaned. I knew it needed to be done but their inspection confirmed my suspicions. Before they began Shawne explained the entire process to me from beginning to end. I quickly learned how challenging air duct cleaning truly is. Shawne and Tim began immediately, starting with my air ducts and finishing with my dryer vent. I watched them as the performed their services and learned a lot about my system as they worked. They were at my house for approximately 4 hours and were completely respectful the entire time.

The technician Advanced Air Technologies sent to my home was a joy to work with, he showed passion for his job and was very well educated and experienced. He took extra precautions to ensure nothing in my home was damaged while they were performing the work, and were respectful in every way possible.
