We needed a replacement window for a vinyl kitchen window that was not holding up well. The sales person was patient and thorough as we had concerns since the home is historic in a historic neighborhood. The quality of it is excellent and it works well with the architecture. The team doing the install was professional and very pleasant to work with. highly recommend.

So glad I finally decided to get new windows (7 in lower level). I was hesitant about the install, but, it did not take an entire day as I was told, it took only one-half day! The install crew was on time, well experienced, knowledgable, and into detail with the clean-up. RbA is located here in Casper, so any questions or assistance needed, they are a phone call away. My new windows are beautiful, easy to operate, and my house is quieter and warmer in the cold temperatures. I strongly recommend Renewal by Anderson if you are in need of new windows.

Our windows were single pane and falling apart. Condensation would form on the inside part of our windows. Our heater was struggling to keep the rooms warm during the cold winter months. Our salesman was happy to take the time to answer any of our questions. After the window installation, you can definitely tell the difference. The rooms are toasty warm and there is no condensation build up. The install was quick and occurred in less than a day for 5 windows. Since our house is over 100 years old, I was worried about lead paint chips being left behind from the window removal and our toddler getting it. But they cleaned up after themselves so well. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We had our windows replaced by RBA earlier this year. Everyone did an amazing job! The salesman was great and the crew did amazing work was was very professional and clean throughout the install.

From the first call to Renewal by Andersen, to the sales representative, to the install crew. I want to say THANK YOU!! Every one involved in their process are professionals. Sales representative very knowledgeable about Andersen's products. Install crew fast, efficient, and courteous. I did note one small defect from the factory a small paint chip on the latch, called Andersen the next day and a new latch was ordered this company is on top of there business and it is very obvious the customer is number one.

No complaints at all, great customer service and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Installers did a great job and were very efficient.

Our original Andersen windows stood a VERY long test of time, especially withstanding the sun (South-facing) and only ONE pane of many displayed a small seal break. Our reason for renewal was more of our well-water sprinklers causing water damage on the outside or our windows as well as white well water residue ruining the outside frames and panes. We have heavily invested in remodel over the past 10 years on our home and this year is when our windows were a priority. We invest in our home to hold value and appeal, so replacing our windows with cheap Home Depot-style or any other chain of window was never a consideration as it would devaluate our home and be a laugh to the neighbors, so we called Garrett at Wyoming Renewal by Andersen. We were so very impressed by his presentation as to how our new windows would save our furniture and floors while keeping rooms cool in the summer from sunlight coming in and then insulate our home during the winter months. We went quality with oak to match all of our interior woodwork...quality all the way!!! Renewal contacted us not very long after that the windows were ready for installation. The crew arrived and beat the expected 3-day installation and installed them in two days...get this, that's two HUGE 4-pane windows and three HUGE three-pane windows, plus our inside oak trim is absolutely gorgeous and quality and smokes our original interior sills and trim!!! Our sill and trim painter/stainer stated he has never seen such gorgeous wood and design and our lumber yards are not providing the quality our local community may desire! <3

My wife and I recently purchased and had installed two sliding patio doors and a kitchen window by Renewal by Andersen. We purchased their vinyl-clad wooden framed doors and awning window which have exceeded our expectations. They are beautiful, affordable, as well as energy efficient. RBA was easy to work with from sales consultation to installation. They worked with our schedules, and the installers completed the job in one day. They were very friendly and professional. They hauled off the old doors and window and cleaned up before leaving. We would recommend Renewal by Andersen to anyone looking for excellent quality windows and doors.

RBA windows are very high quality and this is a top notch company. We always knew the status of our custom window orders and they worked with us to get the best installation time. The crews are very professional and do great work. We have used RBA three times now and we have always been very satisfied!

The door arrived earlier than expected, so they moved up the installation time for me. The installers arrived on the new scheduled date and time, on time and ready to go. The old sliding door was removed and replaced within one day, even though the weather was not cooperating. They trimmed out the new door and everything was sealed up. The installer kept everything neat and let me know when they needed to leave and when to expect a return. Everything from sales through installation and finally billing was handled very well and I had no issues.

We replaced windows that were over 70 years old in our mountain cabin which is over 30 miles from the nearest town. The representative and the installers were very agreeable about traveling that distance and working with us. The windows were ready in the late fall, but winter prohibited installation then. They continued to check with us during the winter and spring and arranged an early summer install. The installers were very professional and efficient. All are to be highly commended.

Everyone involved was friendly, kind, professional & super helpful. I had a lot of questions and they answered each one in thorough detail. When I was away they called me to show me something they were replacing due to damage instead of covering it up to ensure they were being transparent. The windows themselves are wonderful. You could tell a difference from day one with the lack of noise you can hear (wind is pretty strong in this region). My house also is a lot cooler with the sun coming in from all sides. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend!

We purchased windows in 2021 and now two sliding doors and a bathroom window in late 2022. My husband and I were pleased with the process from beginning to end. The doors are gorgeous, slide smoothly, are quiet, and have a fantastic locking mechanism. The installation team was professional, cleaned up well, and showed us how to work the door mechanisms. I did not order a screen for one of the doors during the original purchase, but attempted to add on at a later time. There is a new salesman who was very unprofessional talking about the gentleman he replaced. I still give the overall process and quality a 5.

We had 3 windows put in the garage and a picture window installed in the living room. Wow! It let's in so much light having a picture window. Installation was a breeze and only took a day. The installers were great too and cleaned up after they were done.

This is one of the best companie's my husband and I have ever done business with. Updates and installation have been amazing and more than we expected. The install crew was conscientious and considerate, polite and efficient. The salesman was like an old friend, familiar and informative as well as comfortable. We had gotten other quotes and although they may have been a little less, the product quality, installation and warranty of Andersen products cannot be beaten.
