The windows arrived and were installed within the timeframe stated at the time of the sale. The installation was arranged at our convenience. The installation was seamless with an end product beyond expectation. The installers were punctual, polite, and respectful of us and our animals. Since the installation we have noticed a decrease in the sounds from outside and the air conditioner is working a little less. Couldn't be happier!

Renewal by Andersen did an excellent job for us in the replacement of 4 old windows. Our house is cooler and much more quiet with these windows. The sales people and installation people were professional and courteous and did a great job! We like there product and work enough to have one more window replaced by them this fall.

Excellent service. Installers were courteous, efficient and on-time. The only issue we had was a minor measuring mistake which was remedied quickly. A bit pricy but would highly recommend to friends and family.

We replaced a back door, which was a big project because it was a four-panel sliding door. The team that came for the installation was so professional, that they laid down the red carpet and worked meticulously to leave the house in the condition it was in before they started. The door is fantastic and we can definitely tell the material quality compared to what was there previously. When the screens arrived later the technician that placed the screens on the door was kind enough to offer to come back to explain how to stain the door when we were ready. The service was phenomenal and the quality of the door is amazing. We LOVE this door!

I needed new windows for basement and decided to go with Renewal by Andersen. Started the process in February 2022 and was told that they wouldn't be ready until August 2022 because the windows were not a common size window in my basement. I was totally okay with that and was honestly expecting that type of time frame with such high quality windows. What I loved about RBA of Wyoming was that they were in constant communication with me. I knew when the order was processed, when the order was sent to manufacturing, when they were expecting them in and when they came in. The best part is they were completed in late May and I had the windows installed in mid June!!! 2 FREAKING MONTHS EARLY!!! HOW AWESOME IS THAT!!! The installation crew was on time, very thorough, professional and made sure everything was covered and protected in my basement. They reserved 2 days to install the windows and had it done in one day. The foreman showed us every little detail we needed to know about the new windows and made sure we were happy with the job before leaving. The windows are extremely high quality and are so amazing that you can open them with just one finger!!! There are no more drafts in the basement! YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW HAPPY WE ARE WITH THEM. 5 Star company. Our salesman, Jim Bob Weil is by far the best in the business. Upfront, honest and doesn't try and push you into something you don't need or want. The customer service folks in Casper are very responsive and nice. The professional installers we had were great. We have requested the same crew for the remaining windows we need to replace. No need to look anywhere else for windows.
