Description of Work: I had a sewer line fail a little over 2 years ago and Landmark Plumbing did the repairs. Because my old ceramic pipe connected to the municipal sewer line underneath my neighbor's house, they redirected it to another street via a straighter and more direct route. I fully expected the job to take a few days, maybe even a week, but they completed the work in a day and change. Yes, it was an expensive job, which was to be expected, but 2+ years later, no problems with the sewer line. The only reason(s) this company rates a "B" instead of an "A" is that they used a subcontractor to do the excavating work and he and the job supervisor got into a very loud argument within earshot of several peoples' homes. Not cool IMO.
