+ -1 moreI was happy with the overall appearance however the quality was poor and communication terrible. Was threatened twice to have the house sold From beneath us when I Complained.
Description of Work: The owner was unwilling to compromise. We weren't allowed to pick baths, toilets, flooring etc. plumbing was put in all wrong. Septic system still needs fixing. He said he guarantees his work but did not follow through. Foundation leaks, roof. Has been fixed by us twice.
