 + -1 moreI got the same water heater that they worked on 6 years ago. Pretty good I will say. I used them cause I have known them for years. We use to work for the same company, when we were both coming up in this business. For years because he is reliable. I don't know what other people charge. All I know is what they charge.I don't use anybody else. I don't care what anybody else charges. He evidently uses good parts because they are still working.
Description of Work: Nielsen Plumbing. They changed a relay and a furnace tap and 2 elements on a water heater.

 + -1 moreOn all occasions, Nielsen was very responsive, handled their communications professionally, did what they said they would do WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO IT and completed their work without any problems. I had them work on time and materials and feel that I was always fairly charged. Cody desperately needs more reputable trades people like Nielsen.
Description of Work: I had Nielsen replace my well pressure tank due to a leak I found. On later occasions, I used them again to first disconnect several water supply lines and drains prior to replacement of kitchen cabinets, then reconnect after cabinets installed. They also plumbed a propane line for a gas kitchen stove.
