We purchased a garage door and opener from DoorTech and we love it. Itâ s a very well built product, very quiet. The installers answered all of our questions and helped us with suggestions on door color and hardware. They were professional and pleasant. We have referred their company to many others. My door is ordered and I have been updated by the owner, Bart, throughout the process on the time frame. I am waiting on the door but was told upfront that it would take time to get. As with everything on my remodel, due to covid and manufacturing delays, I knew this was the case. I appreciate calling the Door Tech number and always being able to talk to someone. So customer service is the only thing I can comment on at this time but I am impressed. I will update this review after my door comes in. Stay tuned!
