 + -1 moreWonderful. The crew was there as promised. Courteous, professional, efficient, clean. Each team went their separate ways, crawl space, attic, walls. Drop cloths and tarps were used to protect the floors and furniture. They were so efficient. Job was finished and all was cleaned up by mid afternoon and I could feel the temperature difference with in hours of completion. I highly recommend Ward Insurlation.
Description of Work: Insulated the attic to R49, encapsulated and cleaned out the crawl space, drilled and filled the exterior walls with insulation

 + -1 moreWard's crew showed up at the agreed upon time, got to work quickly and finished in a couple of hours. They took care to protect the floors and put fans in the basement windows to vent the fumes from the foam they used to seal the crawl space. They were courteous, professional and efficient, and Carter also explained the rebates available for the work through the local power company.
Description of Work: Installed additional fiberglass insulation in the attic, sealed crawl space walls and rim joists.

 + -1 moreWe had it checked by plumbers for heating issues, etc, but Ward Insulation went the extra mile and checked the attic above and other related possibilities relating to the issue. He not only shared his findings, but showed us where why and how our insulation was not doing the job. He gave us some options, including having a thermal scan done by an outside party -of the entire house, every window, etc- that was very interesting and informative. We were informed of the rebates for the fixes we were eligible for (he didn't have to do that) and now we have an appointment to upgrade our insulation to save money and increase the comfort in our home. We should have done this years ago! We would recommend Ward Insulation to anyone!
Description of Work: Carter Ward inspected the room we were initially concerned about in terms of freezing in the winter and hot in the summer.

He told us about a rebate program through our utility company that we did not know about and helped get the paperwork submitted too. His bid was similar to another one we received and he was consistently punctual, responsive and professional... and a nice guy too!

Description of Work: I contacted Ward Insulation approx 2-3 weeks prior for an estimate. They came a little lower that another outfit. WE had a large garage to do, reinsulted the attic and some insulation in the basement to do. Once I Notified Ward that we wanted them to do the work, he gave me date when they could be there and approx. time. Carter Ward and his crew showed up at the date and time he said. Did the same for the rest of the days they were working on our house. He and his crew were very professional the whole time they were here. The work was excellent. They cleaned up atfer they were done. I asked him if he wanted money up front prior to starting the work and he said no. They did have to come back once the dry wall was up in the garage so that they could blow in insulation in the attice of the garage. Once I called him to let him they dry was up, he set a date and time for the following week to be there and that is when he showed up and fisinshed. I will use Ward Insulation again when the need arises.
