It goes very well! I am on a regular schedule and typically have the same teams each time they come. The owner texts me each week to confirm the time and any special needs I may have. For example, I might add oven cleaning to the tasks every now and then. They have also done windows, spring cleaning and cleaned my garage when requested. These are additional cost - but well worth it!

They really do add "That Extra Touch" each time they come clean our home--from straightening and arranging the stuffed animals on my son's bed to neatly folding the blankets in my daughter's nursery! I signed up to begin regular monthly cleaning. Kim and I hit it off really well when she came by for an initial walk through. She took detailed notes on what I was looking for, and explained how she charges by the hour instead of other housekeepers I've used who charge by the job. I told her this could work as long as they do a thorough job and don't show any signs of wasting time. I told Kim I was particular about dust and especially wanted them to dust all surfaces, including doors. Because I had just cleaned my kitchen and the master shower, her team would not need to clean those areas this time, but all other areas were to be cleaned completely. Kim estimated that my large house would take 6 hours to clean, and sent a team of 3 to spend 2 hours (total 6 labor hours). The team seemed to work well, but I was concerned about how long it took to mop by hand (on hands and knees), so I asked the team leader to use my swiffer mop next time to speed things up. The team packed up promptly at the 2-hour mark, but I had to call them back in because I discovered that the toilet and sink in the main floor bathroom had not been cleaned. The team leader quickly rushed through that task and they left. As I walked through the house, I discovered that many areas had not been dusted, including the guest room, the 2nd floor loft, and all of the doors. The stairs to the 2nd floor also had not been vacuumed. I called Kim and told her the results. Her first reaction was, "Did they run out of time?" I told her that I hired her to do a job and I expected them to complete the job, even if it cost me more for extra time. Kim offered to schedule me for last in the day on the next monthly visit so the team could stay until the job is finished and we would have a good idea exactly how long it would take to clean my house. Kim also sent the team leader and one other cleaner a week later to finish what had been missed. This was without charge. When they arrived to finish the job, the team leader tried to blame the missed areas on her teammates, whom she described as new. I knew better, though, because she had left a list showing which team member was responsible for which area. The loft and stairway were the team leader's. I would also expect a team leader to do a walk through before leaving and ensure that her team did acceptable work. I was still willing to try Kim's service again, despite the problems with the first visit, because Kim and I had a good conversation about how to resolve the issues. As the next month progressed, I did not hear from Kim about when they would be coming back. I called her on the 21st of the month and had to leave a voicemail. One week later, I still have not heard back from her, and the month is almost over. So even if I hear from her, there are too many strikes against her and I will find someone else. Kim is too concerned about her hourly rate method and explains that it is because she has to pay her employees hourly. I can work with that, but I expect flexibility in the system to ensure that the job gets done. Don't cut the job off, half-done, at 2 hours just because that is the time agreed to. Allow whatever extra time is needed, and I will pay for that time - at least until we have a good idea how long the job should take.

Kimberly brought her three woman crew as I was leaving for work. They cleaned and shined my kitchen and bathrooms and they have never looked better! Every surface in them just sparkle now. And the carpets are clean as if they are brand new! I was just amazed when I got home after work at what a super job they did!

The cleaning service staff were prompt (even with a snow storm arriving just before the 2nd and last day of cleaning), courteous, trustworthy and friendly and did a wonderful job cleaning the whole house and washing all the windows. It took approximately a day and a half but they even finished ahead of time. I would and will recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of household cleaning and would definitely use them in the future.

Tammy and Amanda arrived on time, and began work immediately. They were very, very quiet, no music, no phone calls. They cleaned everything, which was in the agreement, except they told me they would not shampoo the sofa's pillows, and they overlooked washing.

Quality of the work good. However people were somewhat slow and given the total amount is based on an hourly basis,,,,quite costly. The amounts and dales listed above are approximate. It's been quite awhile since I used them. I know several people who have been with them for years and are quite happy. The issue for me was purely the high cost and amount of time required.

We've been using Kim's services for over a year now, including the last 6 months when they continued to clean a house that was staged and for sale. I'm thoroughly convinced that their superior services are part of why our house sold! They always did a thorough job cleaning ~2,600 ft2, consisting of natural hard woods, stone, and tile. We have 2 large dogs and 2 cats and they always did such a good job you really couldn't tell that we had pets! The crews were always prompt and professional, and after the first few times we rarely saw them as we felt completely comfortable letting them have access to the house without us being there. They did a number of special cleanings for us as we prepared the house for sale, and after we had moved our possessions out, as well as after and during staging. They brought their own cleaning products and tools, and consulted with us on the products we wanted used. We provided the wood floor cleaning system that we preferred, which happened to be one that they also used. Never any problems, they always left a note to let us know if they found anything out of place or not functioning, such as a leaky faucet, etc. Job well done!
