+ -1 morehe came five or six different times, and we only ever had to pay the initial $150 fee. He was punctual and friendly, and explained everything he was doing and why. He came within a few days every time I called him, which was awesome. Overall, though it did take a while to get rid of the bugs, I don't fault him for that. He did his job very well, and with a smile. I would highly recommend Terminix, or at least the one in Cheyenne.
Description of Work: It may seem like he had to come numerous times, but it's understandable as bedbugs are very difficult to get rid of. But his work was guaranteed;

+ -1 moreIt's been nearly 24 hours and I haven't heard back. I was told a local person was going to call to set up the appointment and haven't heard anything. This was somewhat of an emergency situation so I was disappointed I didn't receive a return call.
