Description of Work: When I spoke with the person making the appointment she asked what rooms I would like done. I said the living room. She said you can have another room done. We do two rooms for $85. The two men arrived the next day and I said I wanted my living room and RV done. They were done in an hour with both and wouldn't let my staff pay, they wanted me to come. So I came down and he said that'll be $185. I said I was told $85. He began raising his voice saying, "You can't afford this? You live in this big house and drive (he looked out to see my truck) that big truck and you can't afford this? ! " We went back and forth on this. "Fine, just pay me the $85. You're ripping me off though! " I have him the check then told him to leave. He left talking about the cost of one of my tires compared to something of his. When they left finally, they drove by my house several more times. Another Steampower company van drove by house my house several times as well. I live in a nice home and drive a nice vehicle, I do. And I worked very hard to get where I am. That person is one of the many that feel they are entitled to a free ride off of others. He feels he is owed for something he hasn't earned. Then is mad because I don't give him whatever he asks for. The carpet looks good but I wish I would have called someone else. I run a group home and he upset many of the people that live with me.

Description of Work: They were on time and very professional. They worked very h****** a difficult floor and when the first go round didn't meet their standards, they did it again. I never questioned them or asked them to work more on the floor. This work ethic and professionalism is rare.

Description of Work: I had 3-4 large rooms, 2 stairways, and a hallway cleaned in a large home and was very impressed with the results. Steampower got the carpets cleaner and got more stains removed than the previous company who my tenants used. I highly recommend Steampower and will continue to use them in my rental house as the opportunity arises.

Description of Work: cleaned carpets in 5 rooms. took out some ink spots and some gum did a very good job. the techs really knew their job. they offered to apply scotch guard to my carpet for a small fee. they also said they could clean tile and grout, and couch and chairs.
