Robert and his crew were professional and very fast. They left the house, fence and deck looking great. Extremely pleased with the quality of work they performed.

Due to a hail storm, I had to paint my house, barn and outbuilding. Mr Eichhorn sent his crew in and they whipped it out in 2.5 days! My house and barn are very big and was very impressed with how fast they completed the job. They really did a beautiful job too. I am pleased with the job. Mr Eichhorn worked with me to make sure I got the color I wanted. His team were polite and kept me informed of their progress. They cleaned up the place when they were done, just like they had never been there!

Robert was very responsive from the start. He was able to come out and provide a quote on site and was very knowledgeable for the minor repairs that were needed. With the Cheyenne weather, we knew we would have to be flexible for the timeline, but Robert and his team were able to get to us almost as soon as the weather cleared and got warm. When the day came to paint, he stated they would be at the house by 7; his ENTIRE team was at the house ready to work by 7 am. I was so impressed! Before I left for work, he made sure he knew exactly what I was looking for and made sure all questions were asked before I left. His team was so efficient that they completed the job within 7 hours! I'm so pleased with this work and will recommend this company to anyone looking.

They were excellent. They came in, got it done, the work was great, and it only took about three days. They cleaned everything immaculately, even taking the time to scrub up some streaking on our pation caused by a rain shower. When they left, you couldn't even tell they had been there, other than by the beautiful job they did on my.

I phoned Proficient Painting and a real person answered the phone, Robert. He came out that afternoon a gave me a bid on painting the exterior of our home and out building. He identified the areas that needed repair and discussed his solutions. I accepted the bid later that week and phoned with paint colors on Monday of the following week. Robert and his crew arrived on time that Thursday and finished the job on Friday. Everyone was polite, respectful, and responsive to my requests. The quality of the work is exceptional. I highly recommend Robert and his crew.

Robert was very professional and easy to work with. He met me last Thursday afternoon after I had called him on Wednesday. He walked around the house with me noting what work they would do and asking me questions where there were choices. This took about 15 minutes and he quoted me a price. He said they would fit it in when they could but then called me yesterday to say they were finishing up a house nearby and wanted to see if it was ok to start. It was, so some guys came later in the afternoon to prep, power wash, etc. Then, Robert was here with a crew of five at 6:30 this morning. From what I saw, they all worked very hard and very efficiently. They were done, cleaned up and gone when I got home at 3:30. Robert called me at 4:30 to see if he could come by and walk thorough everything with me. We did that and I couldn't have been happier with the work. After discussing last week, they even carefully worked around a Robin's nest with baby birds on one wall - I told him I'd complete that little area once the birds were gone and I could remove the nest. He left the remainder of the paint in a can for each color. I highly recommend for a thoroughly professional, efficient job.

I called Robert with a painting emergency and left my number. He returned my call within hours and informed me he was booked solid; however, he was able to give me a referral to another painter, who I immediately called. The referred painter showed up at my office within hours, gave me a reasonable quote and was able to perform the work within days. Robert was a lifesaver and his quick response and assistance was greatly appreciated.

Robert works with a small team of men who seem well trained and efficient. After the initial preps including the personal visit and the consultant visit, his fellow to do the power spraying arrived, sprayed and completed the work in 4-5 hours. Robert communicated well with us, and, as promised, arrived with his team after a couple of days for drying to patch holes and gaps, and cover and tape things that wouldn't be painted. That first day, they also got the first coat on the body of the house. A day or two later, they returned to touch up the body where the cedar had been particularly and quot;thirstyand quot;, do the trim, paint several storm doors, exterior doors and garage doors. And it was done! They worked intentionally and rapidly, cleaned up thoroughly and were gone! We love the fresh look of the house, and the job was extremely professionally done. Robert himself is soft-spoken and a good communicator. He clearly leads his team in a way that feels respectful and focused. A day after the finish, he dropped by to do a walk-around. Nothing was needed. We paid him and it was done. Highly recommend him.

FABULOUS! I went out of town on September 17th. leaving behind a house with peeling paint and when I got back on the 19th, it was like I had a new home. They spent one day scraping, power washing, caulking, etc and one day painting. I made arrangements toward the end of August and thought it would be October before they would be able to get to my home and it was done before I expected it. No mess was left in the yard. I was very impressed and very happy. I would definitely recommend this company.

Robert showed up before his team of painters did, we did a walk around because he wanted to make sure everything we requested got done. He worked side by side with his team, from morning until evening. They were done in two days. WOW! His company painted all of our trim, around our windows, the top of our house, even the windows in the basement. Excellent job, Robert even painted our deck. After the job was done Robert did another walk around with me to make sure I was happy with their work. He and his team cleaned everything up. So rare to find a man of his word, a man with integrity and very professional. Our house looks beautiful. We are so happy we plan on using this company to paint the front of our house. My husband and I are both disabled, so to have this done with such meticulous precision is a miracle for us. I would highly recommend Proficient Painting for all of your painting needs. A lot of so called Cheyenne painters could learn from this professional. Called Robert Eichhorn and he arranged to come the evening of the call to do an estimate. He came as promised and did a walk around estimate. He said he had several large jobs going and said if it was OK with me they would fit me in when they caught a little break. He said it would probably be in a week or two. That was OK with me as I was trying to get the work done sometime this summer and not too worried about when in the summer. Got a call maybe about a week later and told they would show up on a Friday. The house was power washed the day before. On Friday a large crew showed up at 6:30am. They prepared, primed and painted and were complete by 12:30. The boss, Robert Eichhorn was part of this crew. Pros: Very professional with customer service, professional on the job. Crew is a hard working bunch. Cons: Worried that time from caulk, prime and paint may be a bit fast. But so far job is holding up. Did miss a couple of minor spots on caulk and paint, but was minor and just did it myself. Did kill the grass in a couple of spots, where they did cleanup or something, which would be biggest complaint. Would recommend not letting them do cleanup on your lawn.

Excellent work. Did everything that he said he would and a little more. The crew was very friendly and worked very hard to co,plete the job on-time. I was expecting three days to finish, they did it in two. Taped everything off or covered it in plastic. I just can't say enough about the workmanship and the paint choice options he gave us to match the rock on our house.

Robert sent us an estimate. Planned the date of arrival, giving us a two week window. Arrived within that time period. Communicated with us as the time became closer. Arranged for his carpenter brother to clean up some areas that paint just wouldn't do the trick. His guys went right to work on time, and worked hard throughout. The guys worked as a team, which was their comment not mines. Completed the work ahead of schedule. Cleaned up and everything looked as if they had never been here. Well except for our pretty newly painted house.

I recieved Robert's phone number from my boss and gave him a call May 11, 2012 for a free estimate. He came out same day and gve me the estimate and we set up the next available appointment which was end of June timeframe. He then called me on May 16, 2012 and said that he was going to be on my street painting another house and asked if I wanted to move up my date, since he had a crew on my street. His crew prepared and calked and power washed my house on Thursday afternoon, they arrived early (7 am) on Friday morning and had my house completely painted and were cleaned up and gone by 3pm.The house looks gorgeous, crew was extremely thorough and attentive. I would reccommend Proficient Painting to anyone in the Cheyenne are looking for a job well done!
