 + -1 moreMade the phone call to have someone come out to my house to look at the roof. I was trying to get it fixed before winter set in. The receptionist was very professional and courteous. My schedule is difficult to catch me at home so I told the receptionist that if they could make it out in 3 weeks from this date that would work for me. She said that would be fine and would have their guy get a hold of me by email in the next couple days to set a exact date. 3 months later no email or phone call. I don't think I should have to call and remind a company to come out and give an estimate. Could of been a great account for them, have multiple houses and buildings on the property, but ah well. I guess if you live in the town of Cheyenne and can have them come out that day you might get their service. Good luck if you live in the country.

 + -1 moreThe estimate salesman was very professional, even came in the house and sat down with us and used his laptop to print out the est. Presidential had the highest estimate, but we were most impressed with them, so I mentioned that to my Allstate agent and he said we could go with them. When I paid the bill I met the owner and he was great to talk with. We discussed my rental property and he is going to give me an estimate on it next week.Great folks to work with!
Description of Work: They did a great job on the main house , the garage, and the three outbuildings. They cleaned up well, and all 5 guys were courteous and professional.Great folks to work with!

Description of Work: Upon purchasing our home in Cheyenne, one of the repairs that the seller had to fix was the roof. I was able to pick the company and roofing that I wanted. I don't really know what the final cost was. I spoke to Matt at RR, and he set everything up and before I knew it my realtor called and said it was done. In December of 2011, we had really strong winds, we were moving things into the house when my husband see that some of the shingles were on the ground. I called R R and they send a repair crew out the next day...no questions asked. Bob came prepared to inspect and fix any problems. He came with additional shingles and tar. Bob and his assistant, went row by row looking for other loose shingles and my husband watched from the ground. I am very happy with the job, the service and professionalism I received. Note, its always hard to reroof a home in colder weather, but these guys did a great job. Thanks

 + -1 moreWe had another company originally, but Presidential said they could do all of the job and not have to sub contract. They have completed the roof on my house and garage, but due to the Wyoming weather they have to wait on the window flashing, screens, guttering and awning until the spring. None of those are something that is going to hurt anything to wait on for now. I was very impressed by them. They did forget to install my vents in the roof and their team bent one of my basement window wells, but they were out as soon as the weather got better and everything was repaired and a very good job on them. I am very satisfied.
Description of Work: Needed decking, shingles, window flashings, screens, awning and gutters.

 + -1 moreWe needed a new roof due to hail damage. Mt wife recommended a roofer she had hired for her former employer. We also called two other roofers. We received 2 estimates in the mail, but Presidential's was hand delivered. We spoke with the owner and scheduled an appointment on the spot. Face to face always works for us. His name is George Bush which I thought was a gimmick. It wasn't. The work was begun on schedule, and finished on time. We paid and were pleased with the workmanship. We had some wind damage about six months later. We called, he responded the next day, and fixed one shingle. I am very happy and our roof looks great.
Description of Work: Excellent scheduling, personal service, and followup. From the estimate till work completion, I had no problems.
