I called Nicely Installed and Serviced HVAC to get my tankless water heater cleaned out for yearly maintenance. The answering service representative misunderstood and told me that service was not something I could get done. Within minutes Zach Nicely called me and informed me he could help me out so I scheduled a date to have the work done.
Zach texted ahead of time saying he was on the way. He was very polite, knowledgeable and patient with me as I asked many questions. He did a great job cleaning out my tankless water heater and also showed me a part that he suggested I get replaced and is checking on the price of it.
I would highly recommend hiring Nicely Installed and Serviced HVAC.

+ 0 moreIt went great! When furnace quit working Nicely's were out at my house within an hour. Discussed options with me and were able to answer any questions i had. Once they received new furnace he was out here taking out old furnace and put in new one. He worked very steady and did an excellent job. Cleaned up after he was done showed me how to run furnace with new thermostat installed. Would highly recommend Nicely's to anyone needing these type of services in fact if finances allow i will call him to put in central air for me next year!
