+ -1 moreSteve was great. His crew was on-time and professional throughout. He knows his services and helped guide us through each step. He performed weather caulking for 6 total buildings - 26 townhome units. He also repaired siding issues, fascia boards, and recommended other repairs as needed. He did his work during a brief warm spell in Jan/Dec, using a high gr I would recommend him for his professionalism, quality of work and timelinesss of his crew. He can talk your ear off - which to me shows his interest and knowledge of his services and capabilities.
Description of Work: Maintenance caulking of all siding, windows; repair work of damaged siding, fascia boards, touchup painting; gutter cleaning. Estimated for 6 buildings, total of 26 townhome units.
