+ -1 moreFrom the initial meeting to the finished product, we could not say enough good things about the professionalism, speed, preparation, and courteous manner in which this company and it's owner, Jeff Deisch, performs. From the initial meeting when we got our quote, through the funding phase, to the construction phase we had no issues or problems. They even managed to finish the entire basement 4 days before Christmas and the holiday season! Even when we had a minor problem after the job was complete and all the city inspections had been performed, Jeffco Construction quickly fixed the issue and checked up to make sure the issue was resolved to our satisfaction. Overall, I can't imagine having anyone else perform to the level that they did in the aggressive time frame and come out with a perfect basement for my family and I to enjoy!
Description of Work: We hired Jeffco Construction to finish our basement utilizing as 203K Rehabilitation loan. The company was always on time to complete their work and stuck to a rigorous and ambitious schedule. They pulled all the proper permits and inspections for the project and funded the project upfront until the entire project was complete. They were incredibly understanding and patient to get all the paperwork and payments involved with the 203K loan. The owner, Jeff, was always available via phone or email if we had an questions and was very careful to protect our property while the basement was being completed. Every step of the project from the inital plans, layout, framing, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, and finishing was done to our 100% complete satisfaction! We were extremely pleased with the job they performed and would highly recommend them in any scenario.
