+ -1 moreAll of Gill's workers, from the estimate, to the measurements to the installation, were punctual, professional, helpful in answering questions and efficient. It took about three months after the estimate before they were able to do the installation, but once they were available, they worked quickly and got the work done in one day. They did a good job of cleaning up after the job was done and explained how the windows can be taken out for cleaning. All in all, it was a positive experience from start to finish.
Description of Work: Replaced all windows and the sliding door to the back deck.

+ -1 moreThey've been performing beautifully after all this years. There was one piece of metal that needed to be replaced and they replaced it free of charge. I remember there were 3 people. The thing that was good that I still remember is the quality of the windows that after 10 years they still work.
Description of Work: They removed about a 14 double hang windows and including our picture window. removed them and replaced them with new frames, new double blazed frames. They came out to measure them and they manufacture them at their own shop so they came out and measure them before they manufactured them.

I couldn't ask for anything better. Excellent responsiveness and they were punctual. When they said they'd be here, they were here.
