 + -1 moreRich was great to work with! He attends to detail, which I appreciate, and was sensitive to working around working hours of the people who rent office space from me. He noticed electrical and plumbing details that needed to be checked and brought in experts to attend to these.
Description of Work: My office is in an older home. The exterior basement walls had been seriously wet too many times and were crumbling on the inside. Phase 1 - The folks removed a sidewalk that stood slightly away from the house allowing a small waterable garden and repositioned a fresh sidewalk immediately beside the building to limit water against one of the walls. Phase 2 - They brushed down the wall, put a bonding solution on it and then recemented the walls into a fresh, neat flat surface. He also put a few wood supports in several strategic places under the main floor.
