WARNING CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!! Luke Devine owner of Elegant Exteriors of Cheyenne WY is scamming customers in the Cheyenne WY, Southeast WY and Northern Colorado areas. When he does estimates and you hire him to do the work he insists on you paying him half down with a personal check and always wants it written to him in his name and not to the business name. He uses his elderly fathers home address as his business address because he owes several thousand dollars to customers who have not had any of the work completed nor does he refund their money and has a reputation of putting the work off for 1-2 years. He is a very smooth talker and swindler and when you try to get in contact with him, which is extremely difficult he always has a bunch of bogus excuses and when you ask him about the status of the job or materials, his famous comment is “I will call you back in the morning” which he never does. We contacted him and hired him to do the work on our house on April 26, 2022, were told that the front picture window would be ordered the morning of April 27, 2022, and that it would arrive in about six weeks and that he would have the work completed by the middle of June 2022. After numerous texts, phone calls and emails which he only answered a couple phone calls he then guaranteed us that he would have the work completed by July 31, 2022. It is now August 21, 2022, refuses to give us the status of the window, has done none of the work and refuses to refund our $1600. If you go to the BBB website and look up Elegant Exteriors Inc Cheyenne WY you will find other customers who have been scammed by him or had to wait 1-2 years to get the work completed. I would absolutely caution anyone from doing business with Luke Devine. His real address for those of you who have been ripped off by him is 3213 Smith Place Cheyenne WY 82009.

Extremely uncommunicative. 5+ texts ignored. No work and no response after 2 months. We actually went over to meet another contractor who we thought we were hiring to do the work when we saw it had finally been done, still with no communication. And it had been done with the wrong color. Always quick to come over and get a check, though.

I contracted with Elegant Exteriors in November 2017. It is now 8/9/2018, the work hasn't been done, and I still don't have a date when they plan for the work to be done. I paid half up front ($850). My wife and I have called on several occasions to inquire about the status of the job getting done, and the majority of the time we are never contacted back. I will never use Elegant Exteriors again and I warn you that the track history on the BBB website shows the same track record. Beware!

The quality of the work and materials was good and we were happy with the result of the work that was done. The workers were friendly and courteous and the proprietor of the business was professional. However, it was difficult to schedule the work and to have the proprietor return calls. It was frustrating having to place call after call, having very few calls returned and having to constantly nag the business owner to schedule the work and to provide samples and estimates. We wanted to have additional work done in the form of some stone veneer detailing on the exterior of our home, but finally gave up due to a lack of response from the owner in providing estimates and scheduling the work. We subsequently went with another contractor for the stone work.
