+ -1 moreExtremely helpful and easy to work with. I called first thing in the morning because my AC hadn't been working the prior evening/night and it was very hot in the house. The gentleman who answered the phone very courteously walked me through some things I could try in order to get the AC running again. Sure enough -- his suggestion worked and the AC was up and running again. I decided to have a technician come out anyway because the AC hadn't been checked in a while. The technician was prompt and professional. I would highly recommend Climate Control to others.
Description of Work: Checked central air, cleaned coils, etc.

+ -1 moreI called to ask for a estimate and they don't give estimates. They find the problem and fix it. I find this rude, crude and unrefined. Unprofessional and unworthy of anyone's hard earned and limited income. I cannot just hope and pray they are a good company doing honest work and charge a fair price. Not in this economy and the state of the world we live in. I prefer a company that wants to earn someones hard earned money, not just assume you have an unlimited supply of money and charge whatever they may want. I cannot express the level of disgust this gives me when they will not do their due diligence and earn a job.
