I looked over your order and am sorry that we made an error when placing the order for the carpet and the wrong color arrived. We understand that this can cause an inconvenience to you and we try to remedying the issue as soon as possible. In regards to the vinyl issues, I know that job times can vary from installer to installer and job to job. I understand the installer did come back to your home to fix the issues and was unable to do so satisfactory. I know it makes it seem worse when the installer cannot fix his error and another is sent in his place to fix. This is something that we do not like to happen and when it does, we here at Carpet One Commercial Flooring take it to heart. Please know that we appreciate your business and respect your opinion.
