I looked over your order and am sorry that we made an error when placing the order for the carpet and the wrong color arrived. We understand that this can cause an inconvenience to you and we try to remedying the issue as soon as possible. In regards to the vinyl issues, I know that job times can vary from installer to installer and job to job. I understand the installer did come back to your home to fix the issues and was unable to do so satisfactory. I know it makes it seem worse when the installer cannot fix his error and another is sent in his place to fix. This is something that we do not like to happen and when it does, we here at Carpet One Commercial Flooring take it to heart. Please know that we appreciate your business and respect your opinion. Everything looks beautiful. Lisa was so helpful with color ideas for tile and carpet and answered all my questions -- even helped me problem solve re: getting tile cut. I was happy with the level of service this company provides.

The carpet layer actually was early. The appointment was scheduled for 8:30 a.m. He arrived shortly after 8:00 a.m. He did a good job. I bought window blinds from the same company. The installer was great! I am actually a repeat customer.

The carpet we chose was on sale for 50% off and required a 50-100% deposit on materials and labor. After pre-paying the full amount, we were notified later in the day that the carpet was back-ordered - which resulted in an unfortunate 5 week delay. When it finally arrived, the installers (Aaron & Sam) came in and moved several very large pieces of furniture, ripped out the existing carpet and installed the new in less than a day. These very friendly gentlemen were total professionals and did a beautiful job from start to finish.
We are so pleased with our new carpet and the service provided by Carpet One of Laramie and look forward to having the rest of our house re-carpeted next summer.
