+ -1 moreThe estimator was very involved and was wonderful. The moving crew was very rough, and unconcerned about a lot of my things. Most were polite and helpful, some were not, and took a smoke break every 45 minutes. The special packing girl was great and very efficient and professional. There were several things broken (including my 2 year old freezer) of course not covered. A large camping item is still missing. Moving is a terribly traumatic experience. Lengthy and difficult. Probably went as well as most. I'd give the estimator an A+, but the movers a C-.
Description of Work: Moved my household goods less than one mile in Cheyenne.

+ -1 moreWorse experience of my life. I moved my washer 1200 miles with no damage and they could not move it 7 miles with damage.
Description of Work: After coming to my house for an estimate, they did not call me back. I had to call them and confirm the date of the move and get an estimate. They showed up late, with a UHAUL truck, not a moving van, which required 2 trips. They ruined my washer and dryer and would not pay for the repairs ($600+). I never received any money from an insurance claim I filed with them. I wrote them a letter and they never responded and said they never got it when I finally took them to court. They were totally unprofessional and lied about the move. DO NOT USE THEM.
