It went fine but I did ask him if they use other things than bug spray for the inside and he said no. They are quite expensive but I could save a little by taking their quarterly service, then he would come every 3 months and it would cost $85 instead of $90 or higher. He wore a uniform drove a company truck and presented his card as soon as we met.

I called and left a message with a time that I was available and they made sure to call at that time. I let them know what week I wanted and they called the Friday before with the day and time. I told them about my pets and kids and was given instructions on keeping them safe. We had a dr appointment at the same and I was able to leave the door unlocked so they could come in and do their job since it was recommended that we leave for a couple hours. When we came home the bugs were gone and my fish were completely unharmed. The first night there were still a few millers but they were gone the next night. I cannot express how grateful I am. Miller's terrify me and I have been unable to sleep because of them. It is such a relief to be able to walk through my house at night without fear and to no longer have worry about mouse droppings in the kitchen. They are wonderful and I will continue using them and very highly recommend them to everyone. Worth every penny!

They were good. We were having problem with spiders and mice and they took care of the situation. It was a good experience. We haven’t seen a spider or mice. I spent $110 to have everything exterminated inside and outside and I thought it was a good deal. They put something for the rodents, the bugs and the spiders I had. My experience was good. They were wonderful and they did a great job. I had to run around a little bit for them because they were busy. Once they said they were going to be there they were there. I think their professionalism was good.
