+ -1 moreThey were on time, thorough, and cleaned up after. Yes, you are going to have some wood sand, but all in all it was 200% to our satisfaction. They moved our furniture with great care and put plastic drop clothes over everything possible.
Description of Work: They refinished out wood floors in our entry, dinning room and kitchen that were in terrible shape.

+ -1 moreIt took them about 5 days. Its beautiful, I'm looking at it right now, I still like it. Once again, I'm impressed with their punctuality, they came when they said they would come. I'm getting feedback here from wife, what my wife was impressed with, when they came, the first thing they did was explained to us the process, what they're going to do, how long its gonna take, what the result would be when they'd be doing each step. So when they did the job, we were aware what step they're at, they kept us informed about the process and progress. We were very pleased with their service.
Description of Work: They removed an existing carpet in 2 rooms, sanded and re-finished the existing hardwood floors, installed some moldings around the edges of the rooms and that was it. They removed the carpet and re-finished an existing floor.

Description of Work: We had our hardwood floors in 3 bedrooms and a hall refinished and 2 stairways finished with new oak treads and risers. The crew was always on the job at the agreed time and made sure the area was clean before leaving. The work was completed ahead of schedule- 3 days for the floors and 2 days on the stairs. The floors and stairs look amazing. Brad and his crew were very meticulous to detail and professional with their work and customer satisfaction. Description of Work: Bill came and gave me a bid. I told him I wanted to go with him and could he schedule me for the following month as my rental was open then. He was very busy but scheduled me right away. They needed to tear out carpet and sand the existing floor and then seal it. All the workers were extremely profession and courteous. The floor is absolutely beautiful. They did an awesome job. They also took time to explain the best way to care for the floor. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

+ -1 moreHe was able to get me in sooner than expected, finished the job on time, and at estimate price. The floors shine and are absolutely beautiful!
Description of Work: I have a 1956 built home with original hardwood floors in all rooms except kitchen, bath, and laundry. Brad came and measured floors, bid $2.00 per square foot (50 cents to $1.00 less per square foot than other bids), sanded all my floors, and added 3 coats of poly. He patched some holes, sanded up old water damage, and cleaned up linoleum glue and sanded and stained the hardwood floor under the linoleum.

+ -1 moreHe was prompt, completed removal of carpeting and tile, installed hardwood floors in my whole mainlevel of living, and did it all in 4 days. He kept in touch almost daily to report progress, showed up when he said, was resonably priced, cleaned up after himself, and did an amazing job!!!
