The garage door had several issues including eyes continually being out of alignment so that one could open the door but then had to manually close the door. They fixed the alignment issue and greased the chain. For the pole barn which would sometimes open/sometimes not, they tightened a spring, checked out the system and greased the chain and set the tension.

Saw the reviews on Angie's list , plus my neighbor had them replace a new garage door last year and highly recommend them. It was Friday afternoon when the springs broke and my car was in the garage. I called the company about noon time hoping I could get someone out to fix the springs before the weekend. I left a message for someone to call me back ,hopefully that afternoon. About an hour later Pat called me back to see what he could do. He contacted one of his employees, Jack, and told me Jack could be there in 30 minutes and fix the problem and check out the door , make sure there is no there is no other damage. Jack arrived and couldn't have been more pleasant and professional. He got the springs replaced in an hour or so, double checked his work and left. He told me the company would send me a bill in a few days. This was nice, since new springs were not in my budget this week. Pat and Jack were both very helpful and nice. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to others.

,Very fast and very professional. At first we thought it was just the chain and during the final test, we found further problems.That's when we discovered the main driver was bed. He assured me that they would make it work by replacing the motor. Now, it works perfect and hardly makes any sound.. \They honestly try to keep the prices low. They communicate well and seem to be very knowledgeable!

They did what they said they'd do regarding ordering, call backs, and installation. They were friendly and knowledgeable. I'm very very pleased with the quality of the installation as well. It's so quiet now.

It went very well. Only response from 5 calls to 5 different companies. Showed up on time, completed all work in a timely manner, was very knowledgeable about the repair and worked the entire time. Cleaned up the mess and disposed of the broken spring. Provided a 10 year guarantee.

They did a great job. They were prompt at installing the garage door opener and prompt when responding to a slight problem I had with the control next to my interior door. Another plus is that they put an additional support at the top of my door to strengthen my door. They didn't have to do this but were proactive in helping preserve my garage door.
