 + 0 moreIt didn't! They didn't show, and kept hanging up when I called to reschedule.
Description of Work: I needed to have a couple of trees trimmed before the snow hits us hard in winter. I called Arbor Solutions number and left a voice mail. A lady called me back, and she was very nice. She arranged for a trimmer to come out and look at my property to give me an estimate. He showed up within a few days and gave me an estimate -- the price was about what I expected. He arranged to come this past Friday afternoon, and I doublechecked with him to make sure that the appointment was arranged for him to come to trim. Friday came around, I had rearranged my schedule so that I could be there... but nobody came. I attempted to call the work number (I called at about 10 separate times, after they were over an hour late), and someone kept picking up the phone and hanging it up. Nobody ever showed or called me to re-schedule. Not a very good sign at all and extremely unprofessional. I guess they don't want the work! Don't hire them; they probably won't show up.

They were prompt, professional and did a great job not only w/ the removal, but were very careful not to damage any fencing or other plant material in my landscape.  + -1 moreGREAT! Mark and his crew arrived on time and went to work. What I thought would take several days only took hours. This team removed no less than 3 trees, several bushes, an overgrown juniper bush and about 6 stumps. They hauled off all they cut down and left the yard with zero damage. I'm very pleased with this company.

 + -1 moreWe have used Arbor Solutions in the past and are always pleased with their work. They did a great job taking down the trees, including removing a large stump. They also removed some smaller surrounding stumps for free. They also did a great job trimming a very large apple tree.
Description of Work: We had several trees cut down, including two large aspens, a smaller aspen, and a very large blue spruce. We also had a large apple tree trimmed.

Description of Work: They used a stump grinder to clear a large area of our front yard of roots that was making difficult to grow grass. Also they trimed a very large apple in our back yard.

 + -1 moreCalled in May or June for an estimate. They were able to come by for estimate right away. Only problem was that they were booked untill the end of August. I was sure that by the date he had given me that he would have forgotten about me. But he was there that morning ready to work. They worked non stop and got everything done that I had asked them to.
