ANDERSEN MOBILE HOME REPAIR

Andersen did not give me an invoice for the work & materials until we had more snow (to test the repair). To me, that was a very nice gesture & nice customer service. After several weeks the "test" proved the repair was perfect! AND it still is. Gary Andersen had done other work for me in the past & after using another company (a "friend of a friend") for a shor time, I'm very glad to be back with Anderson. This company is who I'll be using exclusively from now on. Good, reliable work; great customer service; reasonable pricing.

They came out and removed my old furnace and installed the new furnace. No problem there. When the installer was ready to leave he called me over and showed me how to install the filters and what size I needed. It was then that I noticed he had damaged the doorframe on each side of the entryway into the furnace room and that he had not cleaned up his mess, nor did he wipe the dirt and grease off the furnace doors. He also did not leave an owners manual for the furnace. I made a comment to him about it and he said he was coming back in to finish the paperwork and would get it then. As he was getting his paperwork ready (did not go outside at all) he had me check to see if there was air coming out of the offside vents of the house and when I checked there was none. He stated he would have to install what is called a crossover tube and he would be back the following week to do that. He then got paid and he left. The following week I called to set up an appointment to have the tube installed and was told because of the cold snap that he would not be able to install it. I called the following week again and was told that he had to go out of town and could not install it and besides the weather was suppose to turn nasty, therefore it was unlikely he would be able to install it. At this point I told him never mind, I will buy the tube myself and install it. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They start something, but they do not finish the job.
