Description of Work: They came out to do a plumbing home inspection. The time was set up for 2:00 and I was notified that I would be paying for time and materials used. I couldn't think that too many materials would be used for an inspection. Also, I am 40 minutes from Cheyenne. (I was told it would take one and half hours, and with drive time it would be like $150 total) I had made arrangements to leave work at 2:00 but they arrived at 1:00. So I had to "pay" for them to wait for me until I could get there, about 20 minutes. The inspection took less than 45 minutes. And of course the drive time back. I feel like I paid too much ($186 and change) for the service. The service technician was friendly, helpful, and professional. overall, I think I got jipped especially since it was not my fault that they showed up early and didn't take near as long as they thought it would.

Description of Work: He replaced a kitchen faucet and 2 bathroom faucets and some items inside the tank of the master bathroom toilet. There is still puddling under each new bathroom faucet from the bases and the spigots which was the problem with the original faucets. The toilet which he replaced parts in the tank dose not always flush now and the kitchen faucet makes loud banging noises when turned on. It also tends to splash like the old one did!!! I intend to contact them about these problems after I go to an appointment out of town I have been waiting for several months.

Description of Work: I have used Accent many times. I used to own a restaurant and counted on them to help whenever I had a problem and they were always there quickly. I have used them for my house and my daughter's house and they always do a great job and are on time and very professional.

Description of Work: I had a clogged kitchen sink drain and was totally unable to use the sink. After calling several plumbing services, I found Accent Plumbing available and the curtious rep. answering the phone listened to my problem and told me she could have someone at my house by noon. The plumber arrived around 11:30 a.m. and worked steadily for three hours cleaning the drain of a grease clog. He broke the small cable he was using and had to leave to get a larger cable. He returned promptly and finished the job without any further incidents. The plumber was curtious and professional and I was happy with the job he preformed. I was also happy with the amount I was charged. I liked this company very much and I would certainly use them again. I found nothing negative about the time I spent with this company and plumber or the amount charged. Give them a try.

Description of Work: I had a leaking shower. I called them in to fix the leak. I had used the company ever since I purchased my house without a problem, but I will NEVER use them again. The plumber that came out wouldn't listen to me when I tried to show him where the water was leaking. He decided it was the drain and on a very cold day put down frozen caulk on my drain. This did not fix my leaking shower, and I called back the next day. They came back and cut a hold in my wall (still not where I showed him it was leaking) and put in a shower head but still didn't solve the leaking. The next day they sent someone else out and I showed him the same place that I showed the firt guy. In 1 minute he found the leak and had it fixed in an hour. They said they wouldn't make me pay for the frozen caulk job that peeled up in a day, or any of the shotty work that the frist guy did, but now I am receiving bills. They said that they would pay to fix my wall and clean my carpets since it took so long to fix my leak but now they are saying they never said that. They are a shady business that does shady work and you shouldn't trust them to do anything in your home. I never will again.

Description of Work: My neighbor used Accent Plumbing. she said they installed a whole house water filter (this is common for houses that use well water). The price was right and they were on time.

Description of Work: Did some repair work on bathtub and pump in well.
