ABC SEAMLESS SIDING

I called for an estimate in March 2015, the salesman was prompt and very responsive to my questions. He even brought some neat samples for me to see. I placed my order and Seamless wasn't able to get out to install the gutters until late July. That amount of time was excessive in my opinion. I received about 13 hours advanced notice from the installer about their arrival, which was fine for my schedule at that time, but I feel more notice should be required. The installation took the entire day and the gutters look nice. I did find screws on my roof, a broken pencil in one of the gutters and some amounts of debris in the lawn. I have a puppy and having screws and other items floating around after the installation was a bit sloppy in my opinion. I am pleased with how the gutters look and function. Despite these few hiccups, I would recommend ABC to others who need gutters.

THe contractor came out and replaced the two areas needing attention and matched everything up perfectly. I have used them before due to the wind tearing it off like the original stuff. Since using thier product and how they install product, I have had no issues with wind damage.

They also did my office and added an additional downspout on a gutter. They worked fast and cleaned up after themselves. They owner came out and was very personable.

Friendly sales man, offered many color and size alternatives. Installation went very quickly, and they seemed to clean up behind themselves very well (wish the roofer had, too). Only downside was the long wait (several weeks) for the product to be fabricated.

They were prompt, explained everything very well, answered all my question without getting pissy with all my question asking. The work was done on my rental in town.

The company was very responsive when I requested an estimate and was willing to answer every question I had. I was impressed by the list of past customers and addresses I was given so I could see their work. The estimated start date was accurate, even though it was a few months before they could start because of their current workload. Work was completed by very professional workers. There was a power outage that occurred due to the equipment they were using, but they were quick to find and fix the problem. I am very pleased with the work and would use them again.

The salesman was prompt but once he learned I was more interested in windows for the near future and just needing the estimate for the siding for a future reference, he became sort of rude. He told me 'had I known that I wouldn't have made all these trips to bring in all my stuff." Not sure why I was any less important at that point, than any other customer. At least try to sell me on the product so I get excited about it and want to make it happen sooner than later. Plus, it would justify in my mind why your product and services came in with a higher bid than any other. I understand we don't need to waste time on picking out colors but at least show me the PRODUCT! Anyway, his bid came in more expensive than any other window bid I had done (including Gill, Pella and Paramount). I have only had one other siding company give me an estimate but ABC's estimate was $10,000 more than the other company!!! When it comes time for siding I will be going with Paramount, who has extremely knowledgeable, nice sales people, is reasonably priced, and has a great product! I guess maybe ABC has a good product but I wouldn't know since he didn't bother showing me, whereas Paramount did!

I purchased this home a year after the work was done. The windows were drafty and unreliable. I called ABC seamless and they sent over somebody to look at them. He reponded that some of the sashes had not been installed. A few weeks later he came back and replace the sashes and also a window which was defecient. I was impressed with the customer service. I was however not impressed with the amount of small pieces of steel siding and sheet metal screws we have found in the yard.
