The tile work was performed as cheap as could get by with, apparently. No bullnosed edges on outer tiles. Tiles still had grout smudge/film on them in the shower. Several grout lines were cracked within a couple of months. The worst of the whole deal is the granite countertops. We ordered our granite with a half-round bullnose edge profile. Throughout the whole house, the edges are poorly and unprofessionally polished. They are dull and come nowhere close to matching the sheen and polish of the tops of the slabs. The edges have "hail damage" in nearly all places. This is an industry condition where the edges are very bumpy and not smooth. Also, a piece of our backsplash was broken and fitted back together, crack remaining. In addition, there are two different distinct color lots of Tan/Brown granite used. They did not come from the same lot, let alone the same rock. Very different visable coloration. A wholesale stone provider said that there is no way those different slabs came from the same batch/lot and should have never been used together in the same house. Sparky Cole, the owner, is very unprofessional to work with in dealing with trying to remedy the problems. First of all, he can't do the work right, never calls back, and always seemed to put the blame on someone else. To make matters worse, the cabinets were even poorly installed. Drawer fronts came off on 3 drawers within a week. He fixed this by screwing in a drywall screw and didn't even countersink them. Very shoddy work and finish on products that should be considered higher end products. In no way would I recommend Wyoming Granite or Sparky Cole to do any work whatsoever. Unfortunately, I live close to this man and he can't even mow his lawn and make it look decent!
