They did a great job, very happy

They are a national company. I just pay by the season. It is a fixed rate for weed and seed, fertilization and aeration, fall and spring, and trees. They do good weed control, fertilization and good aeration too. It's a good company. I really don't see them much other than I speak to Sarah at their office.

After trying everything he could think of my husband was ready to rip out our awful lawn and put in sod. We decided to give it one more season and give TruGreen a try. The difference in our lawn is incredible. Better than we could have hoped for. We will use them again next season.

I watched the tech pull up in his vehicle and was waiting for him to tell me he was here so I could tell him about some weeds that I wanted to make sure he got them. I was obviously home, my daughter was bringing her children into my house. He sat in his vehicle for awhile, took off, then came back. All of a sudden he was back bringing me a bill, he seemed startled to see me there and said that since my back door was open he did just a quick job in my back yard. No way, my dogs would have let me know if he was back there. All he had to do was ask me to close my back door. I complained to the TruGreen and they said they would send him back in 2 weeks. Well, in 2 weeks they called and said that my back door was open so he didn't do it. I did not know when he was going to show up, all he had to do was just come to the door and ask me to close the back door!!! Lazy! Well, he showed up again, without letting me know, to do some and quot;touch upand quot;. Well, I still have those weeds and come on, if he is that lazy when I am home, what is he doing when I'm not home!!??

They are good and consistent; the yard shows improvement after they have been here. I know the owner; he is a good guy.
