+ -1 moreI found Shellie Searles on Angie's List and gave her a call. She was prompt in providing us an estimate on the same day. She commenced work the following day and completed the project in about 5 days. During this time she removed soil, washed bricks, and found replacement bricks which were no longer being manufactured. She kept us informed of her progress and also of any unexpected problems she encountered. Her contracts were simple, and she completed the job within the amount of her estimate.
Description of Work: A 50- year- old brick planter was falling down.

Description of Work: I called them to get an estimate on replacing some bricks that had fallen from my chimney. Tom said it was something they could do and came around within a day or two of my call. Unfortunately, we suffered a large storm on October 4th, and I knew that would delay any service due to the damage caused to everyone by the storm. When I hadn't heard back from them in about 3 weeks, I called again. Tom was not as friendly as he was the first time, and said he was too busy now to get to it. I asked if he came and looked and he said he had, but had no estimate for me to go by. I asked if I could be put on his list and he grudgingly said yes, but I could tell he didn't want the job. Why didn't he just say so? Never heard from him again.
