2 DAYS LATER I HAVE NO MICE ACTIVITY IN MY HEATING DUCTS. I HAVE SET 3 TRAPS AND NONE HAS GONE OFF OR CAUGHT ANY. I CANNOT BEGIN TO TELL YOU HOW NICE IT IS TO HAVE A SERVICE RENDERED AND IT WAS WORTH THE MONEY PAID. I GOT SOMETHING I PAID FOR TAKEN CARE OF. FABULOUS!

A painful process, but it had to get done. Several weeks had to go by between treatments, so it took several months. In this case that was ok.

The technician, Nate came to our house shortly after I called for an inspection. Although, neither my husband nor I could find where the critters had entered, Nate found it very quickly. He carefully explained what he would recommend as far as treating our home. He also explained the product to he used in detail along with the guarantee and what we could possibly expect in the future. ( no termites or they would retreat under the guarantee agreement.). I did not feel we had any acceptable alternative, we made an appointment to treat our entire house. The cost was very high, however our house is very large and a great deal of concrete surrounds our foundation. A hole had to be drilled in that concrete every 11" to cover the foundation adequately. The drilling was expensive. The treatment was done on schedule. Our lives were minimally disrupted because the spot inside the house was small. Most of the work was on the outside. The workers were very nice and polite and very professional. The job was finished in a timely fashion. Payment was due when the job was completed. The bid was the final amount even though the drilling was more extensive than calculated. The holes in the cement were patched up and hardly noticeable unless one is looking for them.We were very satisfied with the job and will take out the long term policy. Termites are a problem in our neighborhood. We are fortunate there was no real damage to our home, whereas other neighbors have had recurring infestations.
