Description of Work: Amazingly accurate, fast and extremely professional. Never wait times. It would be impossible for me to rate this company highly enough. I have used them exclusively since 2009 two houses and will continue to use them. Their prices are not much higher than a handyman and I have licensed experts! They never have to be called back again from their work. It is perfection. My secret -- pay the bill upon receipt rather than waiting until it is due. The work was performed so pay it. It's always nice to talk to them at the office as they are very knowledgeable about numerous subjects from orchids to electricity and beyond.

+ -1 moreVery well. Richard, who came out first to do the initial evaluation, showed up at the appointed time. Was very professional and thorough. He admitted that some of our problems were not readily solvable so that it would be hard to provide a good estimate on the work to be done. We agreed to have someone come out and take care of the immediate problems and then evaluate the more complicated work for a more accurate quote. He also quoted a reasonable, industry standard hourly rate of $70/hr. Some may think it was too high. We did not. He had someone out twenty minutes later to do the work and he completed every thing under two hours. In addition, he identified an immediate fire hazard that none of us had been aware of and he immediately mitigated the risk. Both men were professional, hard working and straight talkers. I would definitely use the service again and would highly recommend the company.
Description of Work: Initial assessment and quote. Once, terms of work and consideration were agreed to, the company had someone on site within a half hour. All issues that could be immediately addressed were. There were others that required further evaluation in order to determine a course of correction and to provide a more accurate quote. We were charged only the quoted hourly rate for the work done. We are waiting for the additional quote and have every expectation that the estimate on the additional work will be provided in a timely manner, due to the efficient and professional manner the initial work

+ -1 moreI scheduled the appointment to get a estimate and he never showed up. I called again to schedule it and this time he showed up. He wasn't prepared to take notes of what needed to be done. The estimate was sent in the mail. I scheduled to have the work done. The work was completed and I was satisfied. He charged me the estimate price.
Description of Work: Installed three electrical outlets, hooked up a bathroom fan, and wired a switch.
