Description of Work: Kurt Rissler comes to our house twice a year to start and stop our lawn sprinkler system, make repairs, give advice on upgrades, etc.

+ -1 moreHORRIBLE! When I called I left about 5 messages before Rissler's wife (presumably the secretary and bookkeeper) finally returned my call. When I explained what we needed and what property we were talking about she was VERY RUDE and said "How did you get that property?" She then said Rissler would call me back when he had time. I called the prior owner to find out what that was about nd the prior owner told me that Rissler had been bugging him for years to sell him the property. So - the wife and presumably Rissler were irritated that they did not get the property we just bought! Anyway - three days later Kurt Risslre finally called me back and said he could come out the following week. Two wees later he caled me back to schedule. By that time I had already hired another plumber and the work was completed! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE and AWFUL TO DEAL WITH!
Description of Work: Rissler Plumbing previously provded service for a very old home and property that we recently purchased. The prior owner gave us the contact information since they had used Rissler for years to work on plumbing, two wells on the property, etc. We called when we needed some assistance restoring water to the house nd property as no one has lived in the house or used the property in about 6 years.
