Pinnacle installed my roof a year ago and a few days ago in a severe windstorm, the roof began peeling away from my home. I contacted Ty Robertson at Pinnacle and he immediately dispatched two men who despite the high winds secured the roof back on my home and will return again today to make further repairs. I really am impressed with the service and the professionalism of this company. I would definitely recommend their services.

Tye and his crew were awesome, they did a professional job in a very short time frame. I would not use anyone else!

We inquired into the cost of a metal roof and Ty was knowledgeable and steered us to a better shingle with a similar warranty without the issues incumbent with the layover style metal roof or the cheaper ones with the rubber grommets in holding up to Wyoming's wind and rain. As I wanted to ensure warranty information, I contacted the shingle producer and then conferred with Ty to make sure we had the appropriate shingle labor and materials warranties and the right shingle for the job. Although he contracted with the sellers, he was helpful, friendly, courteous, and responsive. His work was completed on time and for the amount he bid for. I would recommend Ty and Pinnacle to anyone looking for a solid roofer. His bids may come in slightly above some competitors, but you truly get what you pay for when it comes to a roof.

All went as promised. Took 2 days for job to be done. Cleanup was great and roof looks good.

They were outstanding. They moved some patio furniture out of the way during the job. Every day they cleaned up before leaving. When they were done they moved the patio furniture back where it was before the job. Everyone was super friendly and did a great job. They arrived early in the morning and left around 5 so they weren't interrupting us at home.

The estimate & work were prompt & really fast--fit the work in between snow & rain, yea! The roofing crew were from Greeley CO & put in 12 hr days over weekend to finish before bad weather. They made a big effort to clean up afterwards & did a nice job on the tricky valleys of the roof. Really hard workers!! Our yard did not allow for tossing shingles directly into dump truck, so they had to load them by hand--a lot of extra labor, + extra work to clean yard-- I hope they got some extra pay for that. Ty, of Pinnacle Construction, was not ever present at job, but they did not need him. He sent a couple of tin workers from Casper for finishing the flat top part, they were also good. I think he should have stopped by at some point to check work before sending invoice, though. We are very pleased with the new roof.

First day the team showed up at 8 am to remove the old roof and apply the underlayment. They left for the day before noon having completed those jobs. The second day the team arrived about 10 a.m. but they were able to complete the entire job before 6 pm that evening. The team members -- I think there were 5 or 6 of them -- worked quickly and carefully, and were under the direction of a very talented site manager. Their site cleanup was excellent. I was unable to find even a single nail on the ground after they left. No fancy trucks with names on the sides. No frills. No wasted time. Just hard work and a great end product!

I had Pinnacle Construction put a new roof on my house in October. The estimate was well below the other roofer's bids and they even put better shingles on. I was a little concerned about the weather being a problem but my old roof was torn off in one afternoon and the new roof was on before I got home from work the next day at 4:00 pm. I couldn't even tell that they had been there because the cleanup was amazing. Pinnacle is fast, they do quality work, and do total clean up at an affordable price. They were very hard workers! They did a very good job on my roof. Ty really took the time to answer any questions that I had, and he was very responsive when I was trying to get scheduled. They really stand behind their work too, because they gave me a 5 year warranty. He'd been recommended to me by a friend, and she was so right!
