Phase I rearranged their schedule to get the top done with roofers. Then, they returned a month later, propped up their now roof while gutting all the cement between house and garage. The old one required a scrap metal ramp to get the car up without scraping. And the wide carport pad narrowed way thin at the sidewalk to street. The father and son Remfro team orchestrated a delicate and methodical job using very competent, polite, neat local workers. Every bit of the work was done when they said it would be - on time. Now, the metal scrap is gone and I have a smooth slope in with equal width driveway. The ground under the patio was shaped reading a slew that direct water away from the buildings toward the front drains. Friendly, very knowledgable, honest, timely, local! Phase I Construction!
Description of Work: Our carport was just nailed to the house and began to sag. We thought we had a contractor lined up to do the replacement in tandem with roofers this summer. But, they backed out last minute. Along the way, the wet spring proved that our whole driveway and patio between house and garage tilted water in toward the house and caused flooding. Due to insurance claim timing, we had to get the carport lid done ASAP. Phase I came and gave the first reasonably understandable explanation of our problem and then, after research and carefully designing - they gave us a quote that we could afford with acceptable resolution.

NOT good remodeled bathroom and bedroom, flooring in bedroom is uneven, has a trip hazard that we cannot get to stay down. Repaired patch is not level with the rest of the floor.
Description of Work: Provider did not do satisfactory project. Had to aruge to get job done. did not install flooring right still have a piece of flooring that is a trip hazard. Contractor says it was not in his bid to level the floor but he knew he had to cut out concrete to move wall. Cut concrete out then did a crapping job repairing it thats what caused the problem.

We called Clayton Romfo, owner of Phase One Construction and discussed the changes we wanted to make in the home and the construction of a garage. Clayton developed a proposal. Once a final plan was agreed upon, Clayton took it from there. He applied for all permits and and contacted/scheduled all subcontractors. Clayton was extremely easy to work with and was responsive to changes and additional projects. Plan on using Phase One Construction in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone with construction needs.
Description of Work: Garage construction and home renovation.
