+ -1 moreThis is construction season, and there were only 2 contractors that even called me back. These guys came to look at the job in less than an hour after calling, and we made the agreement on the spot. They interrupted their usual work to fit me in. They worked nights and weekends since this was a vacant unit, and got it done on time. The final price was exactly what they estimated. They were cordial and reasonably professional. The quality of the finished job is way beyond expectations- we will be able to rent this unit for more money due to the great job they did for us. Cleanup was satisfactory. As the unit will now get new flooring, they did not have to make it move-in clean.
Description of Work: Hung a lot of drywall over cinder block in a commercial rental unit. Taped, mud and textured, then painted the walls and acoustic ceiling. Color choices were made available and they painted the unit to finish colors.
