The agent from this company failed to communicate closing date details with the seller. Anytime information was relayed to the agent, he constantly failed to let the seller know what exactly was going on and usually just ignored the seller when they had asked questions and were waiting on answers back. At closing, the agent in particular was absent, and no one else from the agency bothered to fill in. To top it off, as the buyer, we were only given the remaining keys (one set) which the seller had given to us after signing the closing paperwork. The other keys the agency still had were left in the door lockbox that they had left on the front door of the house and never bothered to come and take it off.
