Janet Reinhart

First she was out of town so she had her associate show us some homes we wanted to look at. Her associate was persistent on trying to sell us a home that had mold growing behind the tiles in the bathroom. Janet was supposed to email us some listings she had and never sent them. She was texting and calling me while I was at work, knowing I can't talk to her while I am working. She kept wanting to show us houses that was way beyond repair that there was no way we could get financed for. She wanted us to try to get a higher loan, like she wasn't happy with what we were qualified for. She got ahold of our mortgage person with out our knowledge wanting to get information about me. We never signed a contract with her. After all that we chose to go with a different realtor that we felt more comfortable with so when we told her she started acting like a child. She contacted our mortgage person and blamed her for us dropping her for someone else. She also proceeded to bring other people in to our conversation which had nothing to do with it. All this happened with in a week, we will never work with her again.

During the home buying process i was told it will be easier if my mom Gifted me $2000.00 but my mom did not have that kind of money laying around. Janet said she could loan my mom the money so it could be gifted to me. At the time i had no idea this was an illegal practice. The deal was done and Janet and i had worked out a schedule for repayment of the loan. Once the papers for the house were signed Janet took me aside and explained to me i needed to pay the entire amount back to her right away as she does not have time to wait on the payment process as planned. I spoke to the owner of the agency and Janet needless to say no longer worked there much longer. Janet recommended two service providers, one for home inspection and another for sewer repair/replacement. Both providers were horrible. i guess birds of a feather flock together. Several of my friends/co-workers have all been mystified by her charm but in the end she will make sure she gets her commision regardless if you get what your paying for.

At first meeting she seemed great, personable and knowledgeable. However, when it came time to go look at houses she was constantly on her phone talking to other people. She never even excused herself when answering a call, just picked it up in the middle of a conversation. As soon as we put an offer on a house she treated us like she was finished with us. She never got information to us when promised, we had to call multiple times to get what we need. In the end we did almost all the realtor work. Also, she is always late for appointments. We would never use her again or recommend her.
