Description of Work: They enstalled a new hot water heater in my employee's home on my recommendation. 8 hours later the house was full of gas when thier daughter arrived home from work. Their son was asleep in the house do to the flu. When contacted the young plummer advise them that they would have to pay after hour and weekend rates for him to come check the problem. Later Mary contacted the owner who responded by saying that it could not have been his plummer that failed to tighten the gas line to the house's heating system and therefore he would not take any action. There was not a gas leak before Huber installed a new hot water heater (gas) and there was after they finished. They could have been responsible for a gas explosion or caused a family of eight to die of asphyxiation. I had used this company for 30 years but will never use them in the future.

Description of Work: Huber installed a new hot water tank. The order taker was prompt, courteous and cared about my problem. The installer was out of this world. Very prompt, efficient, fast, kind and polite. They made a very nasty situation much better. Thanks to all involved.
