Great service, fair price.

I had issues with my furnace the 1st couple of years. He came out and fixed it the first year. The beginning of the next winter, it went out again. He had an employee come to the house and look at it. He delt with my son as I was at work. When I got home, I found out that he couldn't fix it, but got it run and to leave my heater on high until they could fix it. It was an oven in the house and I had no calls to let me know what was going on. The next week I called and they said that they were coming out to look at it. They did and discovered the motor was blown. They had to order parts...never heard back. The owner is a very nice guy and when I delt with him the previous year I had no issues. This could be an employee issue, not sure.

John was very pleasant to speak with on the phone. He fit me into his schedule for that afternoon. I was happy with that as this was not a dier emergency. He showed up just after I got home from work and he didn't mind my jumping, barking dogs. I took him out through the backdoor and when he was finished, he walked to the front door and knocked. I was expecting him to come in the backdoor, very conciderate. I recomend this company to anybody that needs heating or plumbing services. Very polite gentleman.
