Description of Work: The Davidson guys demo'd my old cast iron tub and installed my new one along with making much needed repairs to my drains that I was not even aware of until they showed me. They were very professional, polite, and knowledgeable when I asked questions. |I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: I called to have two leaks checked out. One leak was our hot water heater. He said it could be fixed. I was not informed that a new one was needed until he came out with the old and in with the new. We had no estimate given or a say in what hot water heater we needed. Also he said he fixed the other leak and it became worse after fixing it. They finally came back after calling 3 times and hopefully it is fixed.

Description of Work: For plumbing, we used Davidson Mechanical. They were plumbing in through gas lines. They were out two different times to do that, but the last time, they just finished hooking up the gas lines to the appliances.

Description of Work: Our water heater began to leak. Replaced water heater.

Description of Work: Davidson gave me an estimate of the repairs. We decided to replace the flange. We both agreed it may not fix the problem but it might fix the problem so we decided to go forward. Twenty-four hours later the problem was not fixed. Davidson, due to other commitments, was unable to complete the work required to fix the problem. If I could have waited until the next week, I would have hired Davidson without hesitation. I received no invoice for the work they performed because it did not fix the problem and they could not fix it within my time frame. I highly recomment this company.

Description of Work: Service on this date was to install a shower set and a toilet. The shower set was provided by the company and I had no problem with that.The toilet was provided by me. The technician was here for one hour and the work was satisfactory. The problems came in when I got a bill for two hours.I understand that I am being billed for travel time also,however, tarvel time3 from my residence to the business is not more than 15 minutes. I believe I am bveing over billed. I called the company to discuss the bill ands was not able to speak with theowner. I left my message on voice mail and more than two weeks have gone by and I have not gotten a call.This is not the first time I feel that I was over billed by this company.The same plumber had been here previously to do thye plumbing in preparation for a new shower enclosure.On his first trip here he managed to foul up the installation of am valve for the shower resulting in flooding my bathroom andtook extra time for cleanup and then had a leak in a solder joint resulting in more flooding and subsequent cleanup. Over all I was charged for more time than the job should have taken. In addition I had to wait two days for the floor to dry out before my contractor could proceed with the installation of tile. I will not use this company again nor will I recommend them. In fact I will recommend that they not be used by anyone I know.

Description of Work: Met with technician to estimate cost. Technician very prompt and professional. Seemed very knowledgeable. Company was a little slow getting back to me on the cost estimate and apologized for the delay. Decided not to do the work for other reasons.

Description of Work: I have always used Davidson Mechanical! They are the most professional company in town! Always available immediately, courteous, friendly and professional! I would reccomend them to everyone and wouldn't think of using anyone else!

Description of Work: Needed help because house was only being heated in certain rooms. Responsible and courteous. Have used them again ( replacing outside water facets) because of quality service.
