 + -1 moreComplete Tree Service gave me an approximate time of a few weeks and were able to do it. The best I could get from two other companies I contacted was two to six months. They called in a few weeks to make sure it would be OK for the next day around noon. They showed up , removed the tree and stump very quickly without ever needing contact with us, which was important due to Covid-19. My wife and I watched the removal through our windows and were impressed with their expertise. They cleaned up every trace they were there. We are very satisfied.
Description of Work: Tree removal of a large Boxelder tree in the back yard.

Description of Work: Very professional the job was done on time and for less then they estimated. |They removed 4 trees total two from the front yard, one very close to our neighbors house and hanging over his roof. Two were in the back yard where they had to remove a section of fence to get the stump grinder in to remove the stumps . They took out the section of fence and when they were done in the back yard they put the section back like it had never been removed. Except for wood chips from grinding out ALL the stumps there was no clean up for us to do .

Description of Work: Trimmed trees. Had to point out bushes were not done, nor was a larger tree right beside the house. Was told it would cost extra for each add-on which I thought I was getting a quote for in the first place. Was slow getting around to doing the job. Left some trees looking shabby.

 + -1 moreNo well Matt was very rude didn't show up and had to call office twice to find out that stump grinder was broken and he was not doing removals today. No one called to reschedule my appt.
Description of Work: Gave estimate for stump removal, set up appt to have stump removed had to reschedule my work days to be here, person didn't show up had to call 2 times and wait 4 hours to find out the stump grinder was broken, owner never called to let me know he wouldn't make it also didn't know he had scheduled my appt.

 + -1 moreThis is the THIRD local Tree Service Company I have contacted to have my trees at my house trimmed. I called this company a week ago, told them I was interested in having my trees trimmed and asked them to send someone out to give me an estimate. They assured me I would be hearing from someone in the next day or two. I waited until the beginning of the next week and called them back. I gave them my name again and they "couldn't seem to find my information". I gave them the info a second time and they once again assured me I would hear back from them soon. Nothing. I called a THIRD time and asked what the problem was. The gentleman said he would get on the phone with the guy who does the estimates and "call me right back". That was yesterday. I still have heard nothing from them. I called them a few minutes ago (at 11:30am) during normal business hours and got a recording. I left a message asking them to cancel my estimate and I would find someone else to take my money. WOW!! What ever happened to customer service? I recommend giving this company a WIDE BERTH.
Description of Work: There were no services performed as I tried for a week to get someone to come out and give me an estimate on trimming my trees with no success.
