Description of Work: I have their family plan and just had my first annual house check up. The young man was very thorough in checking all my valves and plumbing. He was very professional, friendly and thoughtful about wearing booties over his shoes. He gave me some good information about how my water softener works without trying to push a sale on me.

+ -1 moreCame at 8am and didn't leave until 10pm. They didn't finish what they were supposed to do, left a mess, and changed something that didn't need to be changed. They returned my call once but never returned my calls after that.
Description of Work: They changed out some piping.
