 + -1 moreWe had several windows in our office that lacked any type of window coverings. We received a lot of glare through them and it always made it hard to read our computer monitors. After shopping around, we picked The Blind Guy due to the style of covering we wanted and their professionalism in presenting and visiting with us about different choices. The cost was comparable to the other bids we received. The gentleman who installed the blinds was very professional and did a fantastic job. We are so happy with how they look.

Description of Work: not sure how your rating system works I want to give the Blind Guys and excellent rating. In every question above I give them an excellent rating. I bought some honey comb shades and my new kittens destroyed them. So I asked the Blind guys to come back and help me with something that my kitties wouldn't destroy and they did. Also after we decided what kind of shades would be best for my house The Blind Guys gave me a discount on the new ones and I was pleased with that because I had just bought the honey comb shades. I have had them back with other window coverings and in fact I am calling them back again to another window. They are friendly and professional. They will do what ever they can to make it right.

 + -1 moreSetting up the initial appointment was easy and someone was able to come out nearly right away. The gentleman that came to help us pick styles, colors, and to measure the windows was on time and very friendly. He offered advice and took his time to explain the different types of blinds. He gave us an estimate regarding when the blinds would be in. Their office kept in contact with us to let us know the status and once the blinds came in they were able to get us an installation appointment quickly. The two gentlemen who came over to install the blinds were a bit late, but had called us in advance to let us know (which we really appreciated). They were professional and friendly and took care not to track snow in the house. The blinds were installed quickly and correctly. They explained what to do if the blinds didn't stay down initially and let us inspect the hung blinds before they left. We were very happy with everyone we talked with and we will definitely be using them again.

 + -1 moreGot small kittens & wanted to get new window coverings. I bought some beautiful honeycomb shades. My kittens grew. As they grew they destroyed honeycomb. Blind Guy was so great, gave me a discount on vertical blinds. They were GREAT. Blind Guy was so wonderful and helpful and discounted other shades I bought for other rooms. These people are wonderful, can't say enough good about them. They understood about my cats destroying my honey comb shades. I can't say enough good about them.
Description of Work: 1st I bought honeycomb shades but I had kittens & my kittens tore these shades up as they grew. So I had to buy vertical blinds and The Blind Guy had to replace the ones my cats tore up.

Description of Work: They came to measure some replacement blinds for me last year around this time of year. They were very nice and had just purchased the franchise, I believe. Unfortunately they weren't very professional and their prices were very high, I thought. I ended up not using them because they could not duplicate what I already had on my windows. I ended up going elsewhere for my blinds.
