+ -1 moreThe representative was very, very nice. I was disappointed that he did not wear any gear to protect my home from pests that could have been transported from another site: no shoe coverings, etc. My understanding was that he had come from another customer's home--it would seem reasonable to believe that the other customer's site could have had pests which required treatment--and there was some concern on my part of cross contamination of my property. Other than this concern, the company representative was polite and professional.
Description of Work: A representative from the company arrived on time and was very pleasant. He provided a cursory inspection (we were not charged for this), and it was apparent that we did not need any of the pest erradication services the company provided.

+ -1 moreHank was tremendous. He inspected our basement and the outside of our house. He looked at spiders we had trapped and identified them for us. He explained how they behave and what we should do to take care of them. He then sprayed our basement and the outside of the house. Throughout the process, he was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.
